New
Hampshire Veterans Cemetery Landscaping Project
On 27 May, Chapter volunteers went to the New
Hampshire Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen to do some sprucing up prior to
the Memorial Day services there. It turned out to be a great day with
chapter members cleaning up the curbing surrounding the cemetery and
also cleaning up the Memorial Walkway. The Cemetery Director, Roger
Desjardins and his staff have made many improvements to this beautiful
site and provided us with an update during lunch. The Chapter plans on
going up again next year. To find out more about the cemetery and it's
plans for the future, visit the visit their website at

POW

In
April, members of Chapter 155 took on the project of sprucing up the POW
memorial located at the entrance to Pease Air National Guard Base. Several new
plants were added and work continues.
Many thanks to MSgt Catherine Porter for organizing the project and also to the
members including, TSgt Lena Grenier, SrA Aaron McCarthy and Sergeant Porter's
daughters who have donated their time to make this a reality
